The Aerolite bio-safe ceiling tile has been tested as per JIS Z 2801:2010 by NABL accredited labs and found protected from bacteria, fungi, yeast and mould at room and AC temperature. The tests found the tile free from colony forming units and the brochure states it can be used in healthcare facilities. It is inherently inorganic and does not promote microbial activity.
