Saint-Gobain PPGI baffle ceiling of size 25 x 100, 30 x 100 or 50 x 100 mm, placed at the required centre-to-centre. Baffles are PPGI profiles of 0.50 mm TCT, U-shaped to the required height and bottom width with a 5 mm top flange to fix into the carrier, in white. Carriers are 0.50 mm GI (35 x 20 x 35 mm punched bent channel) placed at maximum 1200 mm and suspended with a secondary channel at every 900 to 1200 mm by 4 mm wire with butterfly level-adjustment clips fixed with 8 mm dia x 45 mm dash fasteners. White is standard; wooden or other colours on order for a minimum quantity.
