GP Toughguard 5002 is a two-component, 100% solid, highly cross-linked polyurethane elastomeric coating applied by dual-component airless tip mixing spray gun with static mixer at a 2.5:1 mixing ratio. It conforms to AWWA C222, has excellent abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance, dries ultra-fast and gives long-term protection in a single high-film-build coat on the external of pipelines.
