About this product
Gypboard Dampline is one of the plasterboards in the 'Our Range Includes' list for the boarding step of a Gyproc ceiling. The FAQ recommends Gypboard Dampline or moisture-resistant gypsum boards for bathroom ceilings as they are specially designed to withstand humidity and help ensure better performance and durability. Installation guidance on the page: do the boarding with 6 x 4 ft gypsum boards, board length perpendicular to the ceiling section; fix with Gyproc 25 mm drywall screws at 150 mm spacing on the perimeter channel and 230 mm on ceiling sections, keeping screws 10 mm from the tapered edge and 13 mm from the square edge; stagger board joints to prevent cracks.
