Jain Gate Valve PL is a light-weight gate valve made from rigid uPVC with nylon glass-filled bonnet, gland nut and handle. A unique sliding gate gives leak-proof control, the handle is designed for slow opening and closing to avoid water hammer, and a square-threaded multi-start brass spindle gives quick, trouble-free operation. Straight-through flow keeps pressure drop minimal. It is available in 50, 63, 75 and 90 mm connection sizes with threaded or solvent weld connection options.
