LiYCY is used for data and signal transmission in the electronics of computer systems, electronic control equipment and measuring devices in the tool making and machine industries. The tinned copper braided screen (approx. 85% coverage) substantially reduces the effect of electromagnetic interference. Construction is bare copper fine-wire conductors, special PVC TI2 core insulation, plastic foil over the laid-up cores and a grey (RAL 7032) special PVC TM2 outer sheath. It is not for power installation.
