PrimeKote is a liquid white tinted primer with an efflorescence barrier mechanism, specific gravity 1.28 +/- 0.01 at 27 deg C, solid content above 50% and tensile strength of at least 2.0 N/mm2 (ASTM D412). No efflorescence was observed on the paint film; it passes the water resistance test and accelerated weathering at 500 hrs UV exposure.
