It imparts oleo phobic properties and resists oil, water, alkalis, acid staining and freeze-thaw damage. It forms an invisible barrier that lets vapour escape and keeps the natural colour of tile and stone intact. It is for interior and exterior use on granite, marble, sand stone, porous slate, brick and sanded grout.
