Baffles are factory produced to a nominal length of 3600 mm unless specifically ordered otherwise. Baffle extrusions can be trimmed on site with an aluminium drop saw. Sections are joined end to end with Baffle Joiners and suspended from U-profile channels with baffle hangers at 1200 mm (max) centres; baffles can be positioned along the U-profile at 25 mm increments. Item shown as 'AI Baffle' (probably Al, aluminium) in the components table on p37.
