About this product
OZ-EB is a flexible cable for intrinsically safe circuits; the blue (RAL 5015) sheath identifies cables used for controlling and measuring requirements in hazard-prone areas. These installations are not earthed and require a separate power circuit. Cores are black with continuous white numbering. Adapted to DIN EN 60079-14 and VDE 0165 Part 1.
Key features
- Blue (RAL 5015) special PVC outer sheath TM2 for intrinsically safe circuits
- Black cores with continuous white numbering to DIN VDE 0293
- Mutual capacitance core to core approx. 120 nF/km
- PVC self-extinguishing and flame retardant to EN 60332-1-2
- REACH, RoHS and CE compliant
Applications
- Intrinsically safe circuits
- Controlling and measuring in hazard-prone areas (not earthed installations
- separate power circuit required)
