Ignition cable transfers high voltage energy from distributors or coils to spark plugs. It has an annealed bare copper conductor (cl. 2) with PVC core insulation and a black PVC sheath, adapted to BS 6862 Part-1 and IS 2465, with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. The PVC is flame retardant to EN 60332-1-2. Supplied in 100 m coils, longer lengths in spools or wooden drums.
