The PVC/PVC twin core flat cable is made with electrolytic grade annealed copper conductors, red and black cores and a black, grey or white sheath, IS 694 marked and FIA/TAC approved. PVC 70°C cables are suitable for wiring in residential and commercial infrastructure, HR PVC 85°C cables for a higher ambient temperature, and FR-LSH 70°C cables for public places such as schools, hospitals and theatres and for fire prone areas and chemical factories. Five product types (PVC 70°C, FR 70°C, HR 85°C, HR 85°C + FR, FR-LSH 70°C) are selected through the part number suffix; standard packing is 100 m coils.
