About this product
Ramco Infra Super OPC 53 Grade is a high-performance Portland cement designed for special concrete requirements; mining, clinkerisation and process parameters are controlled to give a cement that needs optimal chemical admixture for the desired rheology. It gains strength faster, allowing higher replacement with Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs), higher workability and retention at optimum admixture dosage, and lower cement content for a given concrete grade. It is compatible with all PCE admixtures and is shown for metro rail projects, metro tunnels and airports.
Key features
- Can replace cement with a higher percentage of Supplementary Cementitious Materials (SCMs)
- Improves speed of construction through faster strength gain
- Higher workability with optimum admixture content
- Economises cement content for a given concrete grade
- Lower infra cost
- Higher workability and retention with optimum admixture content
- Compatible with all PCE admixtures
Applications
- Metro rail projects
- Metro tunnels
- Airports
- Bridges and flyovers
- High early strength precast concrete (M50)
