Roff Hyguard EX is a polymer modified cementitious flexible waterproof coating for basements, roof slabs, water retaining structures, sunken slabs, terrace slabs, water tanks, bathrooms, damp walls and foundations. It bridges hairline cracks, bonds to porous and non-porous surfaces and protects concrete against water penetration, chlorides and carbonation. It is non-toxic and recommended for water tanks, and should be protected by screed for best performance.
