Sikalastic M 262 (formerly MSeal M 262) is a one component unmodified pure polyurethane fluid which cures with atmospheric humidity to produce a highly elastic, hydrophobic membrane. It is designed for long-term waterproofing of wet rooms, sub-structures and any application not exposed to UV. Its rheology allows easy application even on vertical substrates; it is applied by brush, roller or trowel in one or two coats at a minimum total consumption of ~1.5 kg/m2 to achieve 1 mm DFT.
