UL 1275 is a PVC-insulated heavy wall lead wire with annealed plain or tinned stranded copper conductor (tin plated copper conductor shown) and Type TW, Recognized Component QMTT2 heat and damp resistant PVC core insulation. It is made to UL Std. 758 and CSA C22.2 No. 210 for 600 V and -20 deg C to 105 deg C. The PVC is self-extinguishing and flame retardant (UL VW-1, CSA FT 1 / FT 2) and conditionally resistant to oils. Insulation colour is selected through the 'xx' suffix in the part number.
