weberfloor TopBond is a cement based mineral binder with preblended fibre and polymer formulation to achieve high strength, quick drying and compensated shrinkage for indoor and outdoor screeds. It is a ready to use binder to which only a suitable aggregate and water are added. It is used as a binder for screed, as dry screed for underlay, and to fix vitrified tiles and natural stones by the wet-on-wet technique.
