WPM 007 COOLKOTE is an acrylic heat reflective and waterproofing coating for terraces. It bonds well to existing substrates, is flexible and abrasion resistant, and has a solar reflectance (ASTM E 1980) of 108 for white. It reduces substrate temperature by up to 10 C. Coverage is 20 m2 per 20 kg in 2 coats; primer is WPM 007 Primer.
