About this product
These submersible flat cables are specially designed to give a distinctive tube-like structure for the insulated cores; the wall between the cores keeps them from contacting each other and provides better mechanical and electrical strength than traditional submersible flat cables, while knurling on the outer surface makes the cable more durable with improved abrasion resistance during handling and installation. They are mainly used in submersible pump connections under tough and severe conditions. Conductors are electrolytic annealed plain copper to IS 8130 with XLPE insulation, core identification red, yellow (centre core) and blue, and a black PVC Type ST 2 (IS 5831) sheath knurled on the width on both sides.
